    Announced Historic $2.1 Million Landlord Settlement

    Mayor Mamdani announced a $2.1 million settlement with A&E Real Estate to address hazardous conditions and tenant harassment across 14 buildings in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens affecting 750 tenants. The settlement, the largest in HPD's Anti-Harassment Unit history, resolves over 4,000 Housing Code violations.
