Gelobter helped develop GIF animation technology and founded tEQuitable. Agarwal previously launched the IDNYC program as executive director of the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs. Scott-McKenzie brings nearly four decades of healthcare experience at NYC Health + Hospitals.
